CYBERPULSE ACADEMY · IN-APP ASSISTANT
Pulse AI: your cybersecurity study partner
Ask a question while you learn and get a short, clear answer without leaving the lesson. Pulse AI is part of CyberPulse Academy, the cybersecurity learning app from Sacyra Education.

How Pulse AI helps
Explain a term
Stuck on "Kerberoasting" or "DMARC alignment"? Ask in your own words and get an answer pitched at a learner.
Connect the ideas
Ask how a lesson relates to another, such as how a phishing email leads to a cloud account takeover.
Plan your study
Ask what to revisit before the Final Certification Exam, or how to approach a topic you find hard.
Stay in the flow
The assistant sits alongside your lessons, so a quick question does not mean leaving what you were reading.
Example questions
- What is the difference between SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
- Why is a password spray harder to spot than a brute force attack?
- What does a parent-child process relationship tell an analyst?
- How do I tell a false positive from a real alert?
Designed for fair learning
Pulse AI is switched off during the Final Certification Exam, practice tests and Investigation Practice in The Pulse. These activities measure what you can do unaided, and an always-available assistant would defeat that. In the investigation screens the app tells you the assistant is inactive, and it returns the moment you leave.

PULSE AI FAQ
What is Pulse AI?
Pulse AI is the in-app cybersecurity assistant in CyberPulse Academy, built by Sacyra Education. You type a cybersecurity question and it replies with a short, plain-language answer.
What can I ask Pulse AI?
Anything related to cybersecurity learning: what a term means, how an attack works, why a lesson says something, or how to approach a topic. Questions unrelated to cybersecurity are outside its purpose.
Which AI does Pulse AI use?
Your questions are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. See the Privacy Policy for how chat messages are handled and stored.
Is there a limit on questions?
Yes. A daily question limit applies. If you reach it, the app tells you and the limit resets for the next period.
Why is Pulse AI switched off in some places?
It is hidden during the Final Certification Exam, practice tests and Investigation Practice, so you are assessed on your own knowledge. It is available while you read lessons.
Can Pulse AI be wrong?
Yes. AI answers can be incomplete or mistaken. Treat it as a study helper, check important details against your lessons or official sources, and use the report option in the chat to flag a response that looks inaccurate or inappropriate.
Is my chat history saved?
Chat messages and replies are stored securely with your account so your conversation is there next time. They are not used for advertising or sold. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
