This Privacy Policy explains what information CyberPulse Academy ("the App," "we," "us") collects, how it's used, and your choices — for the Android app and this website.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name, either directly (email/password sign-up) or via Google Sign-In, using Firebase Authentication (provided by Google).
Learning progress. We store which lessons you've viewed, your quiz and Final Exam scores and attempt history, and your certificate name (if you complete the Final Exam and generate a certificate).
Purchase status. If you purchase Full Access, we record that your account has purchased it, along with a transaction reference. Payment itself is processed by Razorpay on our website (sacyra.com) — we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details; those are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
Puzzle activity. If you opt into the daily puzzle feature, we store your cumulative score and puzzle participation history.
User-submitted content. If you submit a report about podcast content (e.g., flagging something as inaccurate), we store the report reason, any details you provide, and your account ID. If you write personal notes on a lesson, those notes are stored tied to your account.
Communications. We may send you email reminders (e.g., if you haven't opened the app in a while) to the email address associated with your account.
How We Use This Information
- To provide and maintain your account and track your learning progress
- To verify purchases and grant access to paid content
- To operate the daily puzzle feature and leaderboard
- To respond to content reports and improve the app
- To send occasional reminder emails about your learning progress
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Third-Party Services
The app relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, file storage, and backend functions
- Google Sign-In — optional sign-in method
- Razorpay — payment processing on our website, for Full Access purchases
AI-Generated Content
Some audio content in the app (the Podcast feature) is generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini Notebook Audio Overview technology) from our own course material. This content does not represent real human speakers. See the in-app disclosure on each podcast episode for details, and use the in-app report feature if you have concerns about specific content.
Data Retention
We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account remains active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
CyberPulse Academy is intended for learners pursuing cybersecurity education and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
